Third Council EUA Event - Building Upgrade Finance 101
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Momentum² was engaged to organise a luncheon and panel discussion event held in October 2014 at the Harbourview Hotel in North Sydney, aimed at promoting Environmental Upgrade Agreements associated with energy efficient building improvements. This event was targeted at representatives in the commercial real estate sector. Presenters sought to explain the benefits of managing a building efficiently in terms of short term, low-cost solutions, as well as the full life cycle of building systems.

The seminar addressed topics associated with financing energy efficiency upgrades in general, as well as specific case studies such as the recent renovation of St James’ Church in Sydney.
