PROJECT OVERVIEW​

In 2014, Momentum² organised a series of three panel discussion events for Lake Macquarie City Council for the local business community.  As part of the project, we researched and created databases of businesses in the following sectors:

• Hospitals and healthcare

• Aged care

• Private education

• Retail

• Hospitality including clubs and hotels

​

We managed all aspects of the events. This included sourcing presenters, the creation of presentations and collateral such as slides and invitations, and management of the day. The events were well attended by the local community.

The City of Newcastle was also a partner in the events as was the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage.

CLIENT OBJECTIVES

​

• To promote the awareness of Environmental Upgrade Agreements in the Lake Macquarie area

• To strengthen stakeholder engagement with stakeholders for LMCC and the City of Newcastle

• To provide an opportunity for networking across industry sectors

OUTCOMES

 

Momentum² created extensive databases for ongoing engagement with stakeholders. The events enhanced opportunities for discussion on industry-relevant aspects of financing building upgrades and provided local businesses with the opportunity for free energy efficiency consultations as part of the prize draws.
