AUSTRALIAN GEOGRAPHIC SOCIETY

2015 Australian Geographic Society Awards

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Australian Geographic Society (AGS) hosted its annual awards ceremony on Wednesday 28th October at Doltone House Hyde Park.

The prestigious event honoured the most remarkable Australians in the fields of adventure and conservation for the year 2015. Hosted by Catriona Rowntree, the awards featured special guest speaker Jessica Watson and were attended by over 300 guests.

As the Society’s major event, the Awards provide an excellent vehicle for building the Society’s profile.

We were responsible for organising over 30 media interviews for the various winners across the categories of adventure and conservation.

Momentum² would like to congratulate each of the winners for the 2015 AGS Awards:

  • Lifetime of Adventure: Eric Phillips OAM

  • Lifetime of Conservation: Rob Purves AM
