NATURE CONSERVATION TRUST OF NSW
50,000 Hectares Announcement

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Momentum² was engaged to manage the media outreach for the announcement that the Nature Conservation Trust of New South Wales (NCT) had achieved the remarkable goal of protecting over 50,000ha of private conservation land. This is equivalent to 3.5 times the size of Royal National Park south of Sydney. Reaching this target was achieved through the diligent efforts of NCT’s team who worked closely with landowners who have a conservation covenant to protect threatened ecosystems and flora and fauna on their land.
Our media outreach strategy involved identifying individual landholders in a variety of regional locations who were willing to participate in media interviews and speak about their involvement with the NCT and the conservation covenant process.
